1 dead following rollover crash near Luecking Park Complex

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, one person died in a single-vehicle collision at Pan American Freeway Northeast and Montaño Road Northeast on Sunday.

A driver crashed into the dirt at the intersection at 4:16 p.m.

First responders pronounced the front passenger dead at the scene. The driver was hospitalized in critical condition.

The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating the incident.

Driver fatally collides with pedestrian near Montgomery Plaza

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian at Montgomery Boulevard Northeast and San Mateo Boulevard Northeast on Saturday afternoon, according to KOB.

The driver of a white Toyota Tundra was heading north on San Mateo Boulevard Northeast when they struck a pedestrian walking along Montgomery Boulevard.

The pedestrian died in the wreck.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.

Deputies respond to crash on Interstate 40 in Tijeras

TIJERAS, NM – According to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, a collision was reported on eastbound Interstate 40 in Tijeras on Saturday morning.

Officials posted about the incident around 5:12 a.m.
