Location: Albuquerque, NM (in office required), those residing outside the Albuquerque/Santa Fe metro areas will be considered for a remote position.

  • Position Description

    The Recruiting Assistant will support the Recruiter with the following:

    • Compose job ads, post and maintain on job boards and through publications.
    • Track deadlines for candidates who were provided online assessments and written questionnaires.
    • Coordinate/Attend job fairs
    • Keep a rolling spreadsheet of all job ads in publication.
    • Maintain an updated spreadsheet showing each applicant and the stage the candidate is in
    • Scheduling of interviews.
    • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding
    • Working with Virtual Assistant vendors to hire internationally and upkeep records relating to VAs
    • Assist Recruiter with any specific requests
    • Keep hiring folder updated with all candidate application material.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    -High School diploma or equivalent

    -1 year office/legal experience preferred, but not required
