Follow our Hiring Process in collaboration with management in order to hire and onboard employees.

RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done.)

· Place job ads within 1 day of instruction.

· Review job applications and schedule, within one week of submission, initial interviews.

· Schedule and conduct two group meet and greet interviews per week.

· Send online assessment and written questionnaires to candidates within 24 hours of meet and greet interview (if moving forward).

· Schedule shadowing sessions with Leads and candidates who are moving past assessment stage, within 24 hours of decision to move forward.

· Provide binder to Operations Manager within 24 hours of obtaining shadow notes from Leads for decision on next steps.

· Scheduling TopGrading interview with Operations Manager, Lead and candidate for those candidates moving past shadow stage, within 24 hours of decision to move forward.

· Conduct references and background check within 3 days of decision to move forward after TopGrading interview and provider updated binder to Operations Manger with candidates salary desires.

· Scheduling alignment interview with Operations Manager, Lead, teammates, and candidate within 24 hours of decision to move past references and background state.

· Sending decline letters within 24 hours of decision by any panel member at any time, to decline.

· Hire needed candidates within 60 or 90 days of positing a position, depending on position.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

· Compose job ads, post and maintain on job boards and through publications.

· Track deadlines for candidates who were provided online assessments and written questionnaires.

· Attend job fairs

· Keep a rolling spreadsheet of all job ads in publication.

· Maintain an updated spreadsheet showing each applicant and the stage the candidate is in for weekly meetings with Operations Manager.

· Recruiting and scheduling of interviews.

· Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding

· Assist Operations Manager with any specific requests

· Keep hiring folder updated with all candidate application material.

· Other duties as assigned
