To help create and build a thriving marketing department and extend our reach to attract and retain new clients by building a strong presence in New Mexico.

To help build and grow the number, sizes and quality of cases handled by the firm. To help maintain the positive and professional reputation of the firm.

RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done KPIs/Metrics)

  • Attendance at firm huddle every Monday at 8:00 am
  • Attendance at team mini huddle Tuesday thru Friday at 8:00 am
  • Attend weekly firm trainings on Wednesdays at 8:00am
  • Attend Bi-weekly meeting with our SEO manager
  • Attend Quarterly Best Practices meeting
  • Monthly Marketing Reports (Case Retained, Leads, Referral Source, Star Referral, Disbursements, CPL/CPC)
  • Ensure that we have maintained a 50% referral rate for retained cases during the monthly marketing meetings
  • Increase Google Reviews by 20% year after year
  • Monitor marketing and advertising spend (never to exceed 12% of revenue) and have data ready for the marketing meeting.
  • Prepare marketing meeting packet biweekly for marketing meeting
  • Keep metrics/kpis of teammates and mini goals, with report to Operations Manager biweekly


Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Interviews, hires, and trains marketing department staff and assistants and couriers

· Oversees the daily workflow of the marketing department

· Attendance and feedback at team member’s self evaluations.

· Provides constructive marketing guidance for the firm and clientele growth

· Supervise Marketing Assistant duties and responsibilities

· Proportionately contribute to overall client satisfaction and firm revenue goals


· Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities; including organize, set-up, and attend sponsored events

· Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches

· Identifies new market segments that will benefit Parnall Law

· Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research

· Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services

· Collaborates with senior executives/ART to develop growth plans for the organization

· Provides Marketing Media Specialists with all information they need to be successful in their position

· Participate in events hosted by PILMMA

· Draft correspondence and letters to District Attorneys, former clients, current clients, or any other groups or persons we deem necessary to establish beneficial relationships

· Focus on newsletter, testimonials, referrals, and reports

· Organize, prioritize, and implement marketing tasks and strategies

· Review and monitor data that relates to referrals and reviews

· Ensure the firm has what it needs for community outreach events by organizing, setting up, and attending the event

· Order and organize marketing materials for referral programs

· Review print material and designs by Marketing Media Specialist(s)

· Research new swag items and work with vendors for STAR referral program

· Monitor social media platforms and engage with potential clients when necessary

· Be a liaison between vendors and Parnall Law

· Draft speeches and create presentations

· Monitor and follow up with online reviews
