Bookkeeper

MISSION STATEMENT

The Bookkeeper role supports our in-house accountant in ensuring meticulous record keeping. You will move fast while keeping your attention to detail, and you will tap into your problem-solving skills to support Parnall Law’s end goal. We strive collectively regardless of the role you are hired into, to ensure our clients are satisfied and know Parnall Law has stood up and fought for them by giving them a voice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and balance accurate records
  • Generate, download, and review transaction statements
  • Record and file credit card and petty cash transactions
  • Pay all approved bills that come in and maintain organized records
  • File invoices in digital platform
  • Generate monthly reports as directed
  • Support accountant on projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Strong proven ability to work in a team collaborative environment
  • Possess the ability to pay great attention to detail
  • Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
  • Organization to work on multiple projects is strongly needed
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Experience in Quicken is preferred
  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Associates degree in Accounting preferred
  • Must pass bookkeeper assessment
