Rosario graduated from West Mesa High School and has been practicing law for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1998, where she was Lead Articles Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. Before joining Parnall Law, she was in private practice for many years and represented regular people against local and state government agencies. Rosario has represented plaintiffs in civil rights, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower litigation. In April 2016, she convinced the New Mexico Supreme Court that all state employers must comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 and protect the rights of service members and veterans to be free from discrimination and retaliation. Rosario has appeared before New Mexico federal and state district court judges all over the state and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of people fighting for justice.
At Parnall Law, Rosario devotes her practice of law to helping people. Her goal is to encourage and support clients while advocating for their rights and a successful outcome. Rosario believes it is a privilege to be a lawyer and represent people during what are often the most difficult times of their lives.
When she is not working, Rosario spends time with her sons and her dogs, often taking day trips to enjoy the natural beauty of this wonderful state.
