Charles Parnall joined the Parnall Law Firm in 2013. He is a native of Albuquerque. Also, he lived in Tunisia, Laos, and Indonesia during his youth. Charles Parnall is Bertrand Parnall’s younger brother.
Charles earned his undergraduate degree in economics and business management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mr. Parnall graduated on the Honor Roll from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2007. Upon graduation he was awarded the Frederick M. Hart Prize for Excellence in Commercial Law.
After passing the bar, Charles Parnall practiced consumer law litigation. He represented consumer plaintiffs in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations. The majority of his practice involved suing car dealers, debt collectors, credit reporting agencies, and banks for abusive and deceptive practices. Mr. Parnall obtained several favorable judgments in trials and arbitrations against businesses that defrauded his clients.
Charles is excited to bring his litigation experience to the Parnall Law Firm, and to use his skills and knowledge to advocate on behalf of New Mexico personal injury victims.
